A major criticism of semantic search engines is the data which it aggregates – unstructured social data that often lacks the most important element in candidate resourcing – contact data. Social CV’s work around on this is to leverage Twitter’s mention feature, and if the candidate is on Twitter the feature is enabled for you to message out of the Social CV platform and send a branded tweet to the individual you want to contact.
