It’s not for nothing that I would change the posting schedule of the Wise Man Say blog, but last week’s long awaited release of Social CV’s semantic search product might just be reason enough. For those of who you are new to Social CV, you can think of it like a Google for people – a rather audacious attempt to index the social profiles of everyone on the social web. A potential revolution in candidate sourcing, a major problem for Internet Job Boards and something even LinkedIn has got to be aware of, Social CV is a potential game changer for us in the recruitment industry.
Work Digital, the laboratory responsible for the Social CV, have been kind enough to give me access to the platform and I am going to run a special 7 part series on this blog to introduce some of the leading features of the Social CV platform through video shorts on how to use it – published daily from today.
