Day 6, Part 6 of the special Wise Man Say video how to series on the Social CV. Today we are going to look at using the Watch feature on Social CV. The key to Work Digital’s real time solution is it’s focus on unstructured social data. In many respects, this solves the data currency problem that has long plagued the CV/ATS/Job Board paradigm – how do you know the candidate is still at employer X doing activity Y? Social CV’s Watch feature enables the recruiter to place interesting profiles on ‘Watch’ lists, with the platform emailing a notification whenever there is a change in that individuals profile or bio data.
